Job Description

  • Source new sales opportunities through Inbound leads follow up, outbound calls and emails
  • Actively Engage in generating leads through outbound calls(cold-calling), emails and LinkedIn
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, Sales Navigator and networking events
  • Manage sales cycle from Qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing accounts
  • Comprehend customer needs, align the right offering, and showcase relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value
  • Timely , professional and accurate reply to all incoming leads
  • Cross-sell and upsell
  • Analyse and report lead conversion metrics and track progress
  • Number of leads contacted, converted and average revenue per account
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert to sales
  • Onboarding clients with integration and technical support.
